企业社会责任信息披露研究综述

伴随着经济社会发展速度的日益提升,人们的社会意识也随之得到了不断地提升,由此,企业的社会责任问题成为了人们所普遍关注的焦点和热点所在。也正是因为此,更多的企业在和社会责任相关的信息上面被披露。针对此,本文从企业社会责任思想的发展入手,站在理论和实际两个角度上,来详细对国内外企业社会责任信息披露的研究现状进行分析。

Review of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure

With the increasing speed of economic and social development, people＆#39;s social consciousness also will be constantly improved, thus, corporate social responsibility has become the focus that people concerned. It is also because of this, more and more information related to the social responsibility of enterprises is disclosed. From the development of corporate social responsibility thinking, this paper analyzes the research status of corporate social responsibility information disclosure from both theoretical and practical point of view.
