The Impact of Information Asymmetry on Corporate Governance

Information asymmetry increases transaction costs,results in the asymmetry problem of both ＂adverse selection＂ and ＂moral hazard＂,which greatly reduces the efficiency of resource allocation.This paper analyzes the impact of asymmetric information on the governance of listed companies,combined with mature experience of corporate governance in Europe and the United States developed country puts forward countermeasures for related issues.
