Abstract:Nowadays there are many disputes about Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) in theory field, this paper make deeply discuses about the integrated thought of system design of the implement of ESOP in China based on systemic analysis about theory foundation, feasibility and reason of ESOP.
