| 摘 要： | 高职人才培养模式改革关系到人才培养质量的提高。BAQ-CDIO人才培养模式是在借鉴CDIO工程教育模式基础上,以强化学生基础知识掌握为支撑,以提高学生创新实践能力为核心,综合形成人才核心素质的创新型人才培养模式。文章将人才培养模式改革和高职院校特色发展紧密结合起来,积极探索适合区域发展需求的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | The reform of talent training mode relates to the quality improvement of higher vocational talents training. Based on the reference of CDIO engineering education mode, the BAQ-CDIO talents training mode takes strengthening the basic knowledge of students as the support and takes improving the students＇ ability of innovation and practice as the core, then comprehensively forms the innovative talents training mode with talents core quality. This article closely combines the talent training mode reform and characteristics development of higher vocational colleges, and actively explores the talent training model to meet the regional development needs. |
