On the Training Mode of Applied Undergraduate Talents Majored in Administrative Management

Administrative management has the properties of police, administration and application, and applicability is its future development trend. To explore the training mode of applied undergraduate talents majored in administrative management is a difficult subject at present. On the basis of combing the professional attributes of administrative management, this article points out the three major obstacles for the scientific positioning of applied undergraduate talents majored in administrative management, and finally points out the talent training direction from three aspects： giving full play to discipline advantage and regional characteristics, trying to adapt to social development and progress and enhancing their practical skills and employment competitiveness.
