| Abstract: | Through the research of the function of the training base of water-saving irrigation technology of Shanxi Conservancy Technical College, this paper points out the five function platforms of the training base, education, demonstration, research and development, identification and service and proposes new ideas of constantly innovating training base construction mechanism and increasing the added value of the training base. |
