无机非金属材料本科毕业生就业跟踪调查分析

无机非金属材料本科毕业生数量大幅度上升,而企业招聘人数越来越少,日益激烈的竞争压力使得大学生面临越来越严峻的就业形势。而无机本科毕业生的就业形势和已就业学生的发展情况是本文研究的焦点,所以以e-mail邮件、电话调查和走访的方式对洛阳理工学院无机毕业生及其就业单位进行就业跟踪调查。就这次调查研究的基本情况和统计结果进行分析,目的是了解该校的专业教育、就业指导等与毕业生就业和岗位发展的关系,为该校改进教学方法和调整就业指导策略提供决策数据。

Analysis of Inorganic Non-metallic Materials Graduates Employment Tracking Survey

As the number of inorganic non-metallic materials graduates is increasing significantly and the recruitment number of corporates is less and less, increasingly intense competitive pressure makes employment situation more and more serious for undergraduates.Therefore, the employment situation of inorganic non-metallic materials graduates and the development of those who have already been employed are the main contents of this study. This paper conducts the employment tracking survey by e-mailing, telephoning and interviewing graduates and their work units. By analysis the basic situation and statistics of this investigation, this paper is not only to understand the connection between professional education, employment guidance in the department and the employment situation and development of graduates, but also to provide the statistics for improving teaching methods and career.
