| Abstract: | Taking the meaning of applying the people-oriented management theory in private higher vocational colleges as a breakthrough, this paper discusses the practice errors of implementing people-oriented management in private higher vocational colleges, then analyses the influencing factors of applying the people-oriented concept in the private higher vocational colleges management, and proposes innovative countermeasures of promoting the work of the private higher vocational colleges. |
