我国普通高校辅导员队伍建设科学化策略研究

高校辅导员是高等院校教师队伍的组成部分之一。近年来,随着我国普通高校招生规模持续扩大以及我国社会多元化体系结构的形成与发展,高校辅导员在大学生思想政治教育管理和健康成才、成长过程中的地位和作用越发凸显重要。因此,加强我国普通高校辅导员队伍建设科学化已经引起众多高校的普遍重视。因此,本文作者结合工作实际提出一些辅导员队伍建设科学化策略将具有重要的意义。

Study on the Strategies for Scientific Counselor Team Construction in Colleges and Universities in China

College counselor is a part of teachers in colleges and universities. In recent years, along with the continuous expansion of college and university enrollment scale, and the formation and development of diversified social architecture in China, the role of college counselors in students＇ ideological and political education management and healthy growth becomes important. Therefore, to strengthen the scientific construction of university counselor team has been paid great attention by numerous colleges and universities. Therefore, combined with the actual work, the author puts forward some scientific counselor team construction strategies which are of important significance.
