以“卓越计划”为契机,探索地方高校汽车专业人才培养的新模式

随着我国汽车产业的快速发展,许多高校纷纷开设与汽车产业相关的专业。传统的汽车专业人才培养模式由于存在理论与实践严重脱节,导致学生缺乏解决工程实际问题及改革创新的能力,引起了国家和社会的关注。目前,国家教育部已启动"卓越工程师教育培养计划",将带来汽车专业人才培养模式的重大变革。本文针对地方本科院校的汽车专业,提出应以"卓越计划"为契机,结合地方汽车产业特点,积极探索校企合作的"3+1"汽车专业人才培养模式,以加强学生的工程素质教育。
