| 摘 要： | 从篮球中锋的进攻技术和防守技术两方面来分析中锋技术。进攻技术包括投篮方式、中锋策应、篮板球和二次进攻、抢位接球、补篮点拨还有参加快攻。防守技术分防守有球队员跟无球队员两种其中又有协防、夹击、关门技术。

| Abstract: | Center skill is analyzed from two aspects of basketball center offensive skills and defensive skills.Offensive skills include shooting mode,center coordinate,rebounds and second-chance,scramble and catch ball,tipped in as well as participating in the fast break.Defensive skills include sub-defensive player with the ball and without the ball and also the skills of defend,attack and shut up. |
