基于建筑施工过程导向的职业能力培养——以建筑工程技术专业为例

高等职业教育的核心是培养学生的职业能力,建筑工程技术专业培养的是高级技术应用型人才。针对此培养目标,文章提出:按照岗位工作过程,分析工作任务,进而培养高职建筑工程技术专业学生的职业能力,进而有针对性的进行岗位职业能力分析,即按照施工过程导向进行学生职业能力的培养。
