建筑工程项目中外墙保温施工技术的探究

摘    要:建筑是城市生活的一个主要的组成元素。随着社会的发展和人类的进步,人们在进行建筑工程时开始渐渐意识到经济的发展不应当建立在对环境的破坏以及对地球资源的无限制消耗的基础上。目前,我国已将节约能源作为了一项基本国策,同时也是我国十分重要的经济可持续发展战略措施,而建筑节能这一项是其中的一个重要组成部分,同时也占据着是我国节能的领域的重要地位。建筑节能工作主要包括两个部,一是建筑围护结构节能,二是采暖供热系统节能。在这两个部分中,建筑围护结构中的墙体所占的面积最大,而墙体的传热所造成的热失比例也是最大的,因此墙体的节能能力是所有建筑节能中十分重要的环节。墙体的保温性能可以说是墙体节能中最重要的一项措施,而墙体节能构造是由结构层和保温层构成的,它直接决定了墙体结构的保温性能,且可以根据墙体构造中的保温层与结构层的具体位置不同,将墙体保温分为外墙外保温、外墙内保温以及内外混全保温这三个部分。本文意在通过对上述三种保温方法产生的问题进行分析,从而对工程中的质量问题起到的作用。

Abstract:The building is one of the main elements of city life.With the development of society and the progress of mankind,people begin to realize that economic development should not be built on the basis of the damage to the environment as well as unlimited consumption of Earth's resources when carrying out building project.At present,China has considered the energy conservation as a basic national policy,but also the sustainable development strategy of China's important economic measures,and building energy efficiency is an important part in which and also occupies an important position in the field of energy conservation in China.Building energy efficiency work mainly consists of two elements,one is building envelope energy saving,the other one is energy-saving of heating system.In two parts,the biggest area occupied in the building envelope is the wall,while the proportion of heat loss caused by the heat transfer of the wall is also the largest,so the energy-saving capacity of the wall is very important link in all building energy efficiency.The insulation properties of the wall can be said as the most important wall energy-saving measures,and the wall energy-efficient structure is formed by the structure layer and insulation layer,which directly determines the heat-insulation properties of the wall structure,and the wall insulation can be divided into external heat-insulation of exterior wall,internal heat-insulation of exterior wall and internal and external heat-insulation of wall according to the specific location of the structure layer and insulation layer.This article analyzed the problems generated by the three heatinsulation methods,so that play a role for the quality problems in engineering.
