浅谈高职院校普通话测试员队伍的建设

普通话测试员是高职院校推广普通话的中坚力量。一支水平高、素质强并具有一定实践能力和科研能力的测试员队伍,能为高职院校推广普通话更好的服务。针对目前高职院校测试员队伍管理的现状,本文提出了加强测试员的培训学习,健全和完善院级奖惩制度和建立健全院级视导员制度等三个方面的工作措施。

Discussion on Higher Vocational Colleges Mandarin Testers Troop's Construction

Mandarin testers is the backbone of vocational college to promote mandarin. A mandarin team with high level, strong quality and certain practical ability and scientific research ability can better service for promoting mandarin in colleges. In view of this situation of testers team management in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward measures from three aspects, strengthening the testers training, improving the hospital system of rewards and punishments, and establishing and perfecting the system of college supervisor.
