| Abstract: | This article uses the real estate project entire lifecycle cost integration management pattern which takes the owner and the project management company as the core. The key is under the information coordination management platform, to realize each participation side non-barrier communication exchange, above this foundation, how much better to utilize the value engineering tool to reduce the property development project entire lifecycle cycle cost the goal. |
