| Abstract: | The evaluation system of independent ability is established on this paper by analyzing the trait of independent innovation ability. The evaluation system is coupled with the learning algorithm of BP neural network, its most satisfied index weight can be found theoretically, and the theoretical base of improving the independent ability can be provided as well. Finally, several points of the development of innovation country in our country are put forward. |
