摘    要:随着经济的发展和市场条件的动荡多变,品牌竞争力已经成为企业赢得长期生存和发展的关键。然而,虽然越来越多的企业意识到满足顾客需求对其生存发展的重要作用,却忽视了顾客参与的重要性。文中分析了顾客参与对品牌竞争力的影响,并提出了相应的途径,以帮助企业通过顾客参与来提高其品牌竞争力。

Abstract:With the development of the economy and fantasticality of the market condition, brand competitive power has become a crucial factor by which enterprises can .win long-term survival and development. Although more and more enterprises have realized the important role of meeting customers' demand to their survival and development, they ignore the importance of customer participation. So, this paper analyzes the affect that customer participation has on the brand competitive power, and puts forward corresponding channel to help enterprises improve their brand competitive power by customer participation.
