摘    要:介绍了韶山型电力机车轴箱的基本结构组成和走行部车载监测原理,根据机车实际运用情况,分析了轴箱轴承发生电流腐蚀(电蚀)的原因,并提出了切实可行的预防保证措施,确保走行部的绝对安全。

Abstract:The paper introduces the basic component of Shaoshan type electric locomotives axle box and the principle of running gear vehicle monitoring.According to the actual application,it analyzes the causes of axle box bearing electrical erosion,and puts forward the feasible preventive safeguard measure,ensuring the safety of running gear.
