浅谈我国工程造价存在的问题与对策

工程造价关系着多方的经济利益,当下的建筑行业的主要研讨的话题就是建筑工程造价的策略。相对于国外来说我国的工程造价管理起步稍微晚,建筑工程造价还有很多的不足之处需要解决。毫无疑问这限制这我国建筑业发展的进程,本文分析了当前我国工程造价中存在的问题,并探讨了相应的对策。

On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Project Cost

The project cost is related to multi-party’s economic interests and the main topic of the current construction industry is the strategy of the construction project cost.Compared with the abroad,project cost management in China started a little later,so there are many inadequacies need to be addressed.There is no doubt that this limit the process of the development of China’s construction industry.This paper analyzes the current problems in the project cost,and explores the corresponding countermeasures.
