城乡结合部偷盗现象的现状、原因及对策分析——基于政府职能的视角

随着城市化进程的加快,城乡结合部经济迅速发展的同时,以偷盗现象为代表的治安问题却呈现出严重的态势。偷盗问题不仅影响社会稳定,而且不利于城乡结合部协调发展。笔者结合调研成果,基于政府职能的视角来探析城乡结合部偷盗现象严重的原因,并针对偷盗问题提出了相应的对策。

With the accelerated process of urbanization and rapid economic development of urban fringe, steal is serious problem of public security. Theft not only affects social stability, but be not conducive to coordinated development of urban fringe, Combining with researeb results, the author analyzes the cause of theft in urban fringe from the perspective of government functions, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
