摘    要:ZC型蜗杆机构有着承载力大,传动效率高的优点,但由于其复杂的齿面结构等使得参数确定和造型都变得困难。Matlab是强大的分析计算软件,其GA优化工具箱为参数优化设计提供了有力的帮助。而UG有着强大的二次开发功能,其GRIP语言有着简洁快速的特点。为此,笔者特利用matlab和UG综合设计圆弧圆柱蜗杆传动并给出实例。

Abstract:As known to all,it is difficult to design a ZC worm from modeling to determining the parameters because of its complex gear face.Matlab is a kind of powerful computing software,and the GA optimization tool box provides an effective help.UG also comes along with its strong secondary developing tools,and the UG/OPEN GRIP offers a concise way to modeling.It is efficient to do the driving design with the help of these two kinds of software.An example is provided.
