| 摘 要： | 进入新时期以来,人才保卫战成为世界各国积极构建的立国基础。谁能拥有更多的具有创新精神、创新意识、创新能力的人才,谁就能拥有明天。探索多样化的人才培养模式,尊重个人选择,鼓励个性发展,注重学思结合,是创新人才培养模式的归属,解构主义为创新人才培养提供了启发式、探究式、讨论式的理念支撑。

| Abstract: | Since the beginning of the new era, talent battle become the founding basis that around the world actively build. The person who has more talents with innovative spirit, innovation sense and innovation ability, the person will have the tomorrow. Explore diverse training model, respect for individual choice, encourage character development, emphasis on the combination of learning and thinking are attribution of innovative training model. Deconstructivism provides concept support of heuristic, inquiry, discussion for innovative talents training model. |
