| Abstract: | Based on the intelligent building professional employment situation, this paper summed up the problems existing in the process of personnel training, through the introduction of learning field curriculum system of systematic work process, constructed three stages alternation of working and learning talent training mode, explored methods to solve the problem of present vocational building intelligent major personnel training. |
