| 摘 要： | 对技术专利实行完全定价,进行强有力的保护,只能导致寡头垄断,阻碍技术的传播与扩散,进而阻碍技术的创新。因此,为了鼓励竞争,从伦理学的角度出发对技术专利保护强度进行初探。应提倡对技术专利进行非完全定价。

| Abstract: | Fully pricing for technology patents and strong protection can only lead to monopoly, and thus hindering technology dissemination and diffusion, which further hinders the technology innovation. Therefore, in order to encourage competition, from the perspective of ethics, this article makes a preliminary study of the strength of technogy patent protection. Non-complete pricing should be advocated to the technology patents. |
