采油螺杆泵直旋机构设计与仿真

摘    要:利用原有采油系统的地面驱动装置或闲置设备驱动螺杆泵进行采油,提出一种新型的螺杆泵采油技术——螺杆泵直旋机构,输入为往复直线运动,输出为连续单向旋转。进行三维造型、虚拟装配,检查了装配和运动中的干涉现象。在考虑弹性变形的情况下,对直旋机构进行建模,并用matlab软件绘制出仿真曲线,对曲线进行分析。

Abstract:This paper used the existing production systems on the ground drive device or idle equipment drive screw pump for oil extraction, and proposed a new technology: direct rotary organization of screw pump, whose input is the reciprocating linear motion and output is a continuous unidirectional rotating. It conducted three-dimensional modeling, virtual assembly, and inspected the interference phenomenon in assembly and movement. Considering the case of elastic deformation, the paper modeled the direct rotary organization, and used matlab software to draw the simulation curve and analyzed the curve.
