| 摘 要： | 本文分析了丰田品质管理的特点,从每一个细节入手,不放过一个小错误,这是丰田追求卓越品质的出发点,也是取得成功必不可少的一步。介绍了丰田品质管理内容和所采用的一些方法:综合运用统计学上的各种方法,比如老、新七种工具PDCA循环等,并由上至下地动员全员参与"品质管理"。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the characteristics of the Toyota quality management, commencing from each detail, don't let pass a small mistake, this is the point of departure that the Toyota pursues the outstanding quality, also is obtain to succeed essential to have of one step.Introduced the Toyota quality management contents and some methods adopts, Toyota manage to use some measures synthetically in statistics, for example old and new seven kinds of tools PDCA circulation etc., and from go to up next mobilize the whole member to participate" quality management". |
