| Abstract: | Urban and rural balanced development is the necessary requirement for transforming the mode of economic development,constructing harmonious society.For many years,because urban and rural system and operational mechanism are different,it leads to a widening gap between the city and the countryside gradually.In order to change this situation,it is urgent to innovate urban and rural system and mechanism and realize the harmonious development of urban and rural areas as a whole. |
