| 摘 要： | 本文以企业人力资源绩效管理体系为研究对象,从企业人力资源绩效管理体系的构建分析以及企业人力资源绩效考核体系的构建分析这两个方面入手,围绕企业人力资源绩效管理体系的构建这一中心问题展开了较为详细的分析与阐述,并据此论证了人力资源绩效管理体系的构建在提高企业人力资本竞争优势,谋求企业稳定生存与长足发展过程中所占据的重要地位及其所发挥的关键意义。

| Abstract: | This paper takes the enterprise human resource performance management system as the research object,makes detailed analysis and elaboration on the construction of performance management system of human resources construction from the enterprise human resources performance management system construction and human resources performance assessment system construction enterprise,and demonstrates the important status and key significance of the human resource performance management system construction in enhancing the enterprise human capital competitive advantage and seeking enterprises survival and development process. |
