| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the growth channel,emotional cognition,"weight" of armed police force cadres at the grass-roots level,we found thathere have been some changes for basic level cadre in knowledge structure,psychological quality,etc.Through the understanding of these changes,to lay a solid foundation to further education management of armed police force cadres at the grass-roots level. |
