浅议规范高校学生志愿服务工作的对策及建议

高校学生志愿服务工作为当代大学生提供了一个服务社会、增强实践和发展自我的良好平台,充分体现了当代大学生的精神风貌和"奉献、友爱、互助、进步"的志愿精神。但是目前存在的非规范化问题严重影响了志愿服务的质量和效率,制约了高校志愿服务工作的可持续发展。通过梳理相关研究文献资料,了解高校志愿服务工作现状,结合实证调查研究,剖析目前高校学生志愿服务工作存在的非规范化问题,并就问题提出相应的对策建议,以期我国高校学生志愿服务工作实现长效可持续发展。

Discussion on How to Regulate the Volunteer Work of College Students

Volunteer work for college students provides contemporary students with a platform to serve to society,enhance practice and develop themselves very well.It shows the positive mental outlook of volunteers' spirit of dedication,friendship,mutual assistance and progress.However,affecting seriously by the existing non-standardized problems,the quality,efficiency and sustainable development of the volunteer work are restricted.By analyzing relative research literatures,exploring current status of college volunteer works,non-standardized problems in the volunteer work were studied based on empirical research,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were obtained in order to achieve the long-term sustainable development in volunteer work for college students.
