| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国的汽车制造业高速发展,但是随着中国经济特别是汽车制造业的快速发展,资源、环境对汽车制造业的约束等问题也日益增强。为在全球经济新一轮的洗牌中站稳脚跟,企业开始将＂橄榄枝＂投向物流业的新领域——逆向物流,希望通过有效的逆向物流管理达到节约成本、增加顾客满意度、保护环境的目的。本文以江铃汽车股份有限公司为例,在理论分析的基础上,就其逆向物流运作模式的现状及问题展开全面解析,并提出相应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The automobile manufacturing industry of China has maintained rapid growth in recent years,while it also has suffered from a series of problems,such as energy sources deficiency resource waste.In order to have an upper hand in a new round of reorganization of globe economy,the enterprises extend ＂the olive branch＂ to the new field of logistics industry — reverse logistics to realize the objectives of cutting costs,improving customer satisfaction,protecting the environment and so on.This article launches a full-scale analysis of current situation and problems of reverse logistics in the automobile manufacturing industry based on the case of JiangLing Motors Co.Ltd.Finally,some solutions are provided to promote the growth and development of the automobile reverse logistics in China. |
