Abstract:The prior period of mergers and acquisitions(M&A)is not only the running-in period of the top management team members but also a time full of conflicts and risks of a high turnover.This paper conducts a case study of the top management turnover in Jiabao Company,and finds that the causes of the turnover involve both organizational and individual factors.It then builds an influence factors model based on the protean career,the theory of relative standing and the boundaryless career.The organizational influen...
