| 摘 要： | 本文从地区制度环境差异的视角出发，结合工业企业数据与海关贸易数据，采用能克服数据分层的HLM估计法，实证检验制度环境差异对竞争兼容性政策激发企业价值链升级效果的影响。通过理论分析和经验研究，发现产业政策与市场竞争的互动是推动企业价值链升级的重要因素。而竞争兼容性政策在促进企业价值链升级的背后，所属省份的制度环境发挥着重要的调节作用，地区制度环境的改善不仅对企业价值链升级具有直接促进效应，还将通过改变竞争兼容性政策对企业价值链升级的作用强度，间接影响省份内企业的价值链提升速度与质量。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of regional institutional environment differences,combined with Chinese industrial enterprise data and China Customs trade data,this paper uses the HLM estimation method to overcome data stratification,and empirically tests the impact of institutional environment differences on the effect of competitive compatibility policies in stimulating enterprise value chain upgrades.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,it is found that the interaction between industrial policy and market competition is an important factor in promoting the enterprise value chain upgrade,but the institutional environment of the province plays an important role in regulating the enterprise value chain upgrade.The improvement of regional institutional environment not only has a direct effect on upgrading the enterprise value chain,but will indirectly affect the speed and quality of the upgrade in the province by changing the strength of competitive compatibility policies in upgrading the enterprise value chain. |
