| 摘 要： | 在3G环境下，针对价值链上的数字服务商与网络服务提供商之间的整合进行研究，分别以推式供应链和拉式供应链进行了分析。分析结论指出，数字服务商与网络服务提供商之间的垂直整合并不是在任何条件之下都是最优的策略。
