| 摘 要： | 基于对油料保障链流程的整体把握，首先对军队油料保障链现状及其存在的问题进行了分析，接着提出了重组军队油料保障流程的设想—构建基于柔性的油料保障链，并阐述了重组的目的和意义，最后重点描述了基于柔性的军队油料保障链流程结构、部分节点的功能以及保障链的特点。

| Abstract: | Viewing the operation process of the oil support chain as a whole,the paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of military oil support chain,then gives its ideas on its process re-engineering,namely,a flexibility-based oil support chain,expounds on its objective and significance and finally puts emphasis on its characteristics,process structure and functions of some of the nodes. |
