| 摘 要： | 在简单讨论逆向物流概念的基础上，分析了逆向物流与环境保护之间的关系，逆向物流的构建原则，并结合逆向物流的成本，讨论了企业构建逆向物流的可能性，提出了从环境保护的角度出发，政府管制对企业建立逆向物流具有决定性的作用。
