摘    要:针对供应链管理课程的特殊性,运用OBE(成果导向教育)理念,对该课程进行线上线下混合的教学模式探索及实践。分析了OBE理念下课程教学设计的一般思路,以OBE理念为指导,对供应链管理课程的目标、内容及教学方法进行了再设计。设计了一种任务驱动的混合教学模式,并制定了基于学习全过程的课程考核体系。教学实践表明,新的课程教学模式强化了对学生综合能力的培养,提高了供应链管理课程的教学效果。

Abstract:In this paper,aiming at the particularity of the supply chain management course,using the concept of OBE(Outcome Oriented Education),we explored and implemented a mixed online and offline teaching mode for the course.First,we analyzed the general ideas of curriculum teaching design under the OBE concept,then guided by the OBE concept,redesigned the objectives,content and teaching methods of the supply chain management course,developed a task-driven mixed teaching mode,and formulated the course assessment system over the entire learning process.By applying the mode in practice,we found that the new teaching mode could strengthen the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability and improve the teaching effect of the supply chain management course.
