| 摘 要： | 首先点明了供应链网络设计的重要性和目前研究中存在的问题，然后提出供应链网络设计的概念框架。作为补充,文中引用了丰田汽车和亚马逊书店的成功案例。基于该概念框架，文章进一步细分出了供应链网络设计的六大影响因素,这其中穿插了思科文化、可口可乐灌装厂以及客户服务外包等典型商业案例。
