摘    要:针对目前物流企业的困境,分析了生产资料买方市场形成的过程和特征,探讨了在买方市场竞争条件下物流企业的顾客服务问题,是一种非价格竞争手段,它所提供服务水平(Servicelevel)是其竞争对手难以效仿的优化服务项目。这是一个值得探讨的问题

Abstract:In the light of the difficult position of logistics business,analyze the formed process and features in a buyer's market of production means,approach how to serve shoppers of logistics business under the conditions of buyer's market,which is a measure of non-price competition.The service level provided by it is a optimized servie which can not be imitated by its competition match.It is a problem to be well worth studying.
