| 摘 要： | 根据现代物流的发展特点及趋势,提出了物流工程专业人才应该具备的四种能力要求,即企业管理通用能力、物流系统规划与决策能力、物流流程管理与控制能力、物流装备与技术的应用与设计能力。在此基础上,从人文类、通用管理类、定量分析类、物流管理类、物流技术与装备类、系统集成设计类六个方面对物流工程专业培养体系进行了优化整合。
