| Abstract: | A distribution system consisting of multiple manufacturers,a warehouse and multiple suppliers is studied. A cost minimization model with a synthesis of inventory cost,ordering cost and transmitting cost is set up. Based on the model,the best order quantity is worked out with an example. |
