| 摘 要： | 阐述了应急物流信息平台的概念及其在应急物流管理中的重要作用,并根据应急物流指挥决策和应急物流运作的具体需求,对应急物流信息平台的功能框架进行了研究,提出了平台应具备的功能、平台包含的功能模块以及在平台中各功能模块之间的关系,在此基础上借助系统方框图,构建了平台功能框架模型。
