| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the importance of logistics in the running of E-commerce and the advantage of third party logistics in this respect,then studies the problems existing in the development process of TPL such as lack of systematic management,lag in information technology and low service level,etc.,and finally gives the corresponding countermeasures. |
