| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任是科学发展观对中国企业提出的必然要求,物流企业亦是如此。分析了当前物流企业社会责任的背景,结合利益相关者理论提出了物流企业社会责任的基本范围,并就物流企业履行社会责任提出了一些具体建议。
