| 摘 要： | 以某汽车制造厂为例,对零部件本地Milk-run规划与实施进行了研究,建立了直送系统规划模型,并对实施效果进行分析,证明了该模式能大大提高生产效率并降低生产成本。

| Abstract: | The paper studies the planning and execution of local Milk-run logistics practice of automobile spare parts in the case of a certain automobile manufacturer,then establishes a planning model of direct delivery system,and analyzes the effect of the model in practice,validating its ability to greatly reduce production cost and improve efficiency. |
