| 摘 要： | 在分析了出厂物流本质的基础上,得出出厂物流体系与供应链存在着共同点的结论,然后结合出厂物流的一些特点,将委托代理理论用于分析对称信息下出厂物流的信息共享监督机制,对改变此类问题无定量研究方法的局面有较大促进意义。
