Innovation and Application of Last-mile Supply Mode of Electric Power Supplies Based on Smart Management and Control Platform

By sorting out the current status and sticking points in the management and control of the last-mile supply of electric power supplies,we put forward the working philosophy of rapid transmission of demand information,cross-departmental collaboration on key businesses and removal of professional business data barriers based on which to form the electric power supplies last-mile supply innovation mode"relying on the information management and control platform,eliminating the data barriers between various sectors in the overall process of material supply management for the industrial expansion supporting projects,promoting the intelligent decision-making in key business links,and carrying out precise management of material supply and reserves and proactive services for terminal distribution".At the end,we discussed the construction of the management and control system for the mode as well as the key decision-making technology and method of the intelligent management and control platform.
