| 摘 要： | 通过比较分析沃尔玛与家乐福在中国的物流发展现状，指出我国零售企业的物流管理系统存在很多不足，我国零售业应汲取两大外资零售业巨头物流系统的优点，结合自身情况，寻求适合中国零售业发展的物流模式。

| Abstract: | Through a comparative analysis of the developmental courses of the logistics operation between Wal-Mart and Carrefour,the paper points out that there exist a number of deficiencies in the logistics management system of the Chinese retail enterprises and that we should learn from the successes of these two top international retailers and develop a logistics model that meets the case of Chinese logistics industry. |
