| 摘 要： | 从应用的角度可以认为公共物流信息平台由“一库三平台”构成,即一个逻辑上的公共物流信息平台数据库和相互交叉关联的三个应用平台,即电子政务GIP平台、企业业务支持EIP平台和公用信息PIP平台。通过这些应用平台完成电子审批、网上申报、园区保税监管、供应链优化、供应链可视化、企业应用、电子商务等功能。
