| 摘 要： | 结合我国物流业发展现状，分析得出我国第三方物流业完全竞争市场结构的特点。指出获取规模经济是我国第三方物流企业横向并购的动因，并运用新古典经济理论的分析方法对第三方物流企业横向并购的规模经济效应进行了分析，最后得出横向并购应该是我国第三方物流企业现阶段并购的主要方式。
